Callum Olusesi podpisał w poniedziałek swój pierwszy profesjonalny kontrakt z Tottenhamem. Zaledwie 17-letni pomocnik stanowi w tym sezonie o sile drużyny U-18 klubu z Londynu. Nowy kontrakt oznacza więc zapewne przygotowanie zawodnika do debiutu w składzie seniorów. Jak informuje sam klub, umowa będzie obowiązywać do końca czerwca 2026 roku.

Młody Anglik dołączył do „Spurs” 2 lata temu i od tamtej pory stanowi o sile wszystkich młodzieżowych drużyn, w których występuje. W ubiegłym sezonie z nim w składzie zespół do lat 17 wygrał Puchar Premier League U-17.

6 września 2023 Olusesi zadebiutował także w reprezentacji Anglii do lat 17. Jak do tej pory zgromadził w tej drużynie 7 występów, w których zdobył 2 bramki. Jak na razie nie zadebiutował jednak w seniorskiej piłce ani na poziomie klubowym ani reprezentacyjnym, więc ciężko określić jak będzie sobie radził w przyszłości. Talent ma jednak z pewnością przeogromny i podpisanie przez niego nowej umowy to duży kapitał dla klubu z Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
