Wygląda na to, że po raz kolejny Marc-Andre ter Stegen. kolejny raz rozpocznie turniej w roli rezerwowego. Bramkarz “Blaugrany” jest już po trzydziestce, a ciągle czeka na odejście Neuera. W kadrze miał okazję być pierwszym wyborem tylko wtedy, gdy jego rywal do miejsca w składzie był kontuzjowany. Ter Stegen będzie musiał czekać na swoją szansę przynajmniej do mistrzostw świata w 2026 roku. Chyba, że wtedy też 40-letni Manuel Neuer będzie jedynką w reprezentacji.
