Drugi trening przed GP Australii za nami, Max Verstappen nie był najszybszy

Charles Leclerc był najszybszy podczas drugiego treningu Formuły 1 w Australii. Max Verstappen znalazł się za plecami Monakijczyka.

Max Verstappen wygrał oba wyścigi u progu sezonu Formuły 1. Holenderski kierowca ma apetyt na trzeci z rzędu triumf. W Australii na torze Albert Park Circuit w nocy z czwartku na piątek polskiego czasu, odbyły się dwie sesje treningowe. Pierwszą z nich wygrał Lando Norris z McLarena, który zdołał wyprzedzić Verstappena. Doszło też do groźnego wypadku Alexandra Albona. Kierowca Williamsa stracił kontrolę na zjeździe z szóstego zakrętu i uderzył w ścianę. Nie wziął udziału w następnym treningu.

Tymczasem podczas drugiej sesji najlepszy był Leclerc, który o 0,381 sekundy wyprzedził lidera klasyfikacji generalnej. Verstappen opuścił pierwsze 20 minut po uszkodzeniu bolidu. Carlos Sainz z Ferrari był trzeci, przed Lancem Strollem i Fernando Alonso z Astona Martina. W sobotę o godzinie 2:30 polskiego czasu dojdzie do trzeciego treningu.
