Arsenal przekazał w komunikacie, że Ben White podpisał długoterminowy kontrakt. Jak precyzuje Sky Sports, Anglik związał się z Kanonierami do końca czerwca 2028 roku.

Ben White zostaje na Emirates

Poprzednia umowa reprezentanta Anglii miała obowiązywać do 2026 roku. Arteta i dyrektor sportowy Edu uznali za priorytetowe związanie White’a nową umową. Do Arsenalu dołączył w Brighton & Hove Albion w 2021 roku. Od tamtej pory strzelił cztery gole i miał dziewięć asyst w 122 meczach.

Po potwierdzeniu przedłużenia kontraktu White’a, oczekuje się, że w kolejce na prolongatę kontaktu czeka Takehiro Tomiyasu. Trwają też rozmowy z Jorginho, którego pobyt kończy się latem, ale jest zawarta opcja przedłużenia o dodatkowe 12 miesięcy.
